Frisson brings together some of the finest talent in classical music, and in just a few seasons, they have quickly risen as one of America’s most celebrated chamber music groups. The ensemble showcases both emerging young artists and seasoned professionals, with members who have performed at prestigious festivals like Marlboro, Verbier, Spoleto, and Mostly Mozart, as well as renowned venues such as Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall.

Several members have also been selected for Carnegie Hall’s esteemed Ensemble Connect program, and many have gone on to hold principal positions
in top orchestras, including the Cleveland Orchestra and the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. Dubbed “the classical group that does it all,” Frisson captivates audiences with a diverse range of programs for winds, piano trio, piano quartet, octets, and nonets, alongside popular selections by composers like Gershwin, Cole Porter, John Williams, and Astor Piazzolla. Each December, they bring holiday cheer with an annual Christmas tour, and
their more than 25-city annual tour includes prominent venues such as the Morgan Library and Museum in New York City, the Da Camera Society in Los
Angeles, the Detroit Museum of Arts, and the Bermuda Festival.
