PURCHASING TICKETS
No one likes surprises at the cash register. In order to provide the best customer experience, Pentangle's stated ticket prices have all taxes and fees already built in -- what you see is what you pay. Period. All ticket prices include 6% Vermont state sales tax as well as a $2.00 service fee that helps us cover box office expenses such as equipment, software, and ticket stock.
We are happy to hold tickets for Will Call pickup, or you may request your tickets to be mailed to you. Please note that a $0.50 surcharge applies for mailing, and that the mail option becomes unavailable if your show is less than a week away.

Online
You can purchase tickets safely and conveniently online for most Pentangle events. Our secure online ticketing option allows you to select your seats by price or section and effortlessly place ticket orders using secure encrypted SSL software. Online orders are processed in real time 24/7, up to 24 hours prior to an event. Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted forms of payment for online orders. Call the Box Office during our business hours to place an order (Visa or MasterCard only). If you are calling after hours or if box office employees are busy helping other customers, our phone message will give you pertinent information about upcoming shows and options describing how to leave a message. Your call will be returned in the order it was received, as soon as box office personnel are available. If a show falls on a weekend, the box office will typically be open for sales starting at 1:00pm on the day of the show.
In Person: 31 The Green, Woodstock, Vermont
The Box Office is located in the lobby of Woodstock Town Hall and is generally open Monday through Friday from 9 AM through 4 PM except holidays when the Town Hall is closed. The office is typically closed for lunch between 12 - 1 PM. If a show falls on a weekend, the box office will typically be open for sales starting at 1:00pm on the day of the show. The Box office is also open one hour before show time to pick up reserved tickets or purchase tickets.
MEMBER DISCOUNTS
Pentangle members who hold a valid, current membership card are eligible for a 10% discount on Main Stage performance tickets purchased in advance (prior to day of show). Member prices are visible on the expanded description and ticket purchase pages for each event; certain purchase limitations apply based on the type of membership held (Basic or Family). ACCESSIBILITY
Woodstock's Historic Town Hall is wheelchair accessible. Use the automatic door on the east side of the Town Hall, then take the elevator to Level 1 for theater access, ticket office, and reserved tickets. Don't hesitate to ask one of our friendly ushers for help. You may also request assisted listening devices or large-print programs when ordering your tickets. The seating layout inside Town Hall Theatre always includes a reserved selection of Wheelchair and Wheelchair Companion seats (see seating chart here). Please call us at 802-457-3981 and we will be delighted to assist you with these reservations. These seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so advance reservations are highly recommended.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All ticket sales and fees are final and non-refundable. Tickets for Pentangle-produced events may be exchanged for a future Pentangle performance if they are received in the box office at least three days prior to the show date (good for current season only, subject to availability). Additional service fees may apply to exchanges. Please note that if tickets are exchanged for a show with a higher ticket price, the difference will be charged; however, if the new show has a lower ticket price, the difference will NOT be refunded. Unused tickets may also be returned to the box office anytime prior to a performance as a tax-deductible donation to Pentangle.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If an event is presented as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay the performers. We are therefore unable to offer refunds if bad weather makes it difficult for you to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets. If we do cancel an event, we will post this information on our website at www.pentanglearts.org, or you can call 802-457-3981 for cancellation updates.

Pentangle & Woodstock's Town Hall Theatre is at 31 The Green in the heart of Woodstock Village. Click here for driving directions. Parking in Woodstock Village, especially around the Town Hall, is usually fairly easy. There are many spaces around the Green, all of which are free during the evenings and weekends.
